What to Know Before Booking
The New York C3® ticket must be booked in the name of ALL PARTICIPANTS by writing the FULL NAME in the box. The New York C3® ticket is valid for one year from the booking date and is valid for 9 consecutive days from the date of its first use. If an attraction is not available for the requested date, you will need to visit on an alternative date or choose the alternative option. No refunds are available if the pass is partially used. We do not recommend visiting attractions on the last day of your vacation if not booked in advance.
How It Works
For some attractions, reservation is required. Plan Your Trip: Download the My CityPASS® app or visit my.citypass.com to access your tickets, make reservations (if required), and view attraction details.
New York C3® mobile tickets can be scanned from your mobile device or printed. The validity period of the mobile ticket is 9 consecutive days starting from the first day of visiting an attraction. You have one year from the purchase date to use your tickets.
New York C3® tickets can benefit from a full refund if unused, up to 365 days from the purchase date. Please note that used tickets also include advance reservations and/or tickets that have been scanned for entry at any time.
All advance reservations must be canceled by the customer before a refund can be requested.
