What to Know Before Booking
The CityPASS® ticket must be booked in the name of ALL PARTICIPANTS by writing the FULL NAME in the box for each ticket.
The CityPASS® ticket is valid for one year from the booking date and is valid for 9 consecutive days from the date of its first use. If an attraction is not available for the requested date, you will need to visit on an alternative date or choose the alternative option. No refunds are available if the pass is partially used. We do not recommend visiting attractions on the last day of your vacation if not booked in advance.

Empire State Building Observatory: AM/PM Experience, including 86th Floor Observatory admission and entry to the 2nd Floor Museum, plus bonus same-night general admission.
