Description

As soon as you arrive at the airport after a long journey, you might be tired and wish for someone to be waiting for you at the exit to take you directly to the hotel. In this case, you have the option to take advantage of a private transfer (with a van or personal car) from the airport exit to the hotel or your apartment (if located in Manhattan). Your driver will wait long enough to allow you to complete all border procedures. In case your flight schedule is changed, no problem, we monitor your flight.

What to know before booking

Your driver will arrive at arrivals 40 minutes after your flight lands to allow you time for checks, then wait for an additional hour and a half free of charge. In case of delays due to checks or baggage retrieval, you will need to pay an extra $20 for every 15 minutes of waiting directly to the driver in cash or at our office to cover the additional waiting time. If you book a transfer departing from New York, you will be contacted for the pick-up time at your hotel (4 hours before for international flights and 3 hours before for domestic flights). For travelers with children aged 0 to 4 years, it is necessary to purchase the option of renting a car seat for an additional cost of $35. If you arrive or depart from Newark Airport, you will need to purchase the Newark option as an extra for an additional $30 per trip.

You will be contacted by phone by our driver upon your arrival to meet you at the airport exit and take you to your hotel. It's important to have a functioning phone, even just WhatsApp.
